Our espresso blend has always been the backbone of our café–we use it for all our espresso drinks from dawn to dusk, winter through fall. It summons notes of bittersweet cocoa, and evokes the rich and decadent atmosphere of a piazza in Northern Italy. Wherever you find yourself, we’re confident you will love our coffee.
33% Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Kochere: natural process and dried on raised beds
33% Brazil Cerrado: natural dry process, cherries let sit to ripen until very dark, harvested mechanically
33% India Malabar: beans are exposed to monsoon rain, causing them to swell and lose their original acidity, dried off the coast creating a salty profile
